Money gaming merge. with winstars they are now winstars.
I was selfexcluded on Moneygaming however I did not know who winstar was so BEFORE I Deposit I email them asking if the had sister casino and I explain to them that I was selfexcluded in several casinos however [EDIT] winstar customer service completely hided that information from me did not even told me about the migration never mention money gaming if she were to mentioned what I ask for I will run away but she hided and told me that I am okay of depositing even thought I told her about my self exclusion with several gambling casinos.
Now they are saying that she just forgot to mentioned and that is not important.
I have now sing to Gamstop and I am trying my best to stop but is impossible sometimes.
I have the screenshot where I said to her that I need the names of the sister casinos and also I mentioned that I selfexcluded from several casinos but they do not seem to care. Thank you for your support

Because when I call to complaint with them Moneygaming welcome message will appear and if you type Moneygaming.com win stars will spear after several chats they also confirm it I asked before I deposited but they never gave me any answer and hide that important info that I needed it to know as I new that I was self excluded with them but I Ask them directly before I i deposit I have proof that I ask you can ask the for the reply answer to Proof also I mentioned to them that I was self excluded from several casinos. She did not care and hide the info from me.

Hi I have sent you my voice recording and the page of the Gambling commision I have email Them requesting am the exact date of the merge. The fact that Vanessa did not mentioned any of the sister casinos, she totally ignore the question if she were to mentioned money game I will never deposited.As you notice in the transcript that I send you there is one from 12 of January made to Moneygaming saying that I want to be selfexcluded however. They always answer the phone but one day by chance I call out of hours and heard Moneygaming that is how I found out

I've spoken to WinStar about your issue. They have informed us that you never had any account with MoneyGaming which is why there was no prior self-exclusion in place with WinStar.
Do you have any emails from MoneyGaming showing you had an account?

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately this does not demonstrate that you had a MoneyGaming account.
Looking at the email from 2015 - which was to WinStar - the operator informs you at the time that they cannot find an account registered to your email address. If there's no account there's no information for them to attach a self-exclusion to. If you don't have an account at the time of the self-exclusion request then you won't be self-excluded.
